My friend bought a fish tank, the staff in store were very polite and helpful and answered all our questions. They delivered the next day and the delivery men were so sweet! They bought it inside for us and even had a little chat,overall they were very friendly and helpful.i think they were called Jimmy and james I could be mistaken but they were lovely! Great team.

This is the first time I have purchased and will not be the last time

Every member of staff that I came into contact within the store were very helpful one even offered me a tape measure to see if it would fit

Jonny and Paul the delivery drivers were particularly helpful on delivery day phoned ahead to ensure I was in and were quite attentive ensuring that my goods were carefully delivered

The cost of delivery was also very low compared to other delivery services that I have used elsewhere

Went to look for a tv,first one I saw was over priced and stated "smart function not available " when I asked why it wasn't available I got told "I can't remember" so I asked if there was any movement in price as it was high and got told no...saw another tv that was still high priced but asked if I could see it working the woman on till said "it's been tested n any problems bring it back" I can't see why it's a problem to check the screen is OK and remote working as it should,but I will bring it back if there's any issues because apparently my time isn't worth as much as hers

My mum had a furniture delivery this morning. She was very happy with the service . Very quick and efficient. Very respectful of the property and very polite . Gave some very good advice. Will definitely use again
