Spoke to Mohammed several times, sent requested information regarding clearance of a small shipment. All of a sudden cancelled everything, said he was too busy and put down the phone.

Fair enough if they don't want the business or busy with other clients but there are more professional ways of doing this.

This is not true.
Why would I or anyone bother to make a review of a freight services business if they were not a genuine customer?
I was a returning customer, I have all details from previous transactions and emails. I am happy to post information on your reviews that I am, or was a client, but I had no interest in unnecessarily harming your business.

In any case, on this occasion ASM was not interested in clearing my consignment for whatever reason. Which is fine. However, my enquiry was terminated in an abrupt and unprofessional manor. That's the simple fact.

I would add that my previous experiences with ASM were OK.
