I have nothing but praise for the staff at Asmall Hall who cared for my Mum in the last 6 months of her life. Everyone was incredibly caring, attentive, patieny and aware of what she needed at this time of her life. It has been noted that the majority of staff here are from overseas, I take that as a real positive as they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of all the residents. I would challenge the previous reviewer to find a care home that doesn't emply a large number of staff from overseas, I feel that Asmall Hall has been extra diligent in finding the right ones.

My mum came to live at asmall hall in June 2024 after a very long period in hospital due to a serious accident and neglect from a previous care environment we as a family where very anxious and worried due to previous care setting issues we could not of put mum is saver hands wow wow asmall hall have gone above and beyond with my mum rehabilitation building trust and an unbreakable bond with her mum as gone from strength to strength with the staff at asmall hall and we as a family are so happy and at peace finally as mum is receiving the care and attention deserved at this vulnerable time of her life within asmall hall they have become our extended family due to the trust and honesty been built over the last 6mths thank you asmall hall for giving us our mum back xx

Husband and I visited, if you're looking for a home with wonderful grounds and setting, look no further.

Every one who we spoke to or asked a question to, were only too happy to help.

Disgusting. My stepfather was neglected in this home. Sadly he passed away three weeks ago. He was sent to hospital as a precaution for a chest infection. On arrival he had water on his lungs and phemonia. He was dead 48 hours later. My mother has never had a call from the home even though my stepfather had lived in the home for four and a half years. We were told at the hospital that this had not happened overnight it would of been a few weeks for my stepfather to get into this state. So please if you thing anything of your relatives do not put them in this home.

Loved visiting this home. The grounds are stunning! Such a warm, friendly environment. Carers and Nurses couldn't do enough for us when we were visiting.

Please please dont put your relatives in this home all staff are agency workers from overseas with no training people left in there roòms to get washed and dressed on there own food trays left from dinner time till teatime on the floor people not getting washed or showered for weeks its a total disgrace
