I gave a huge amount of baby clothes next and m&s, a pram (to name a few things) literally over 30kgs worth of clothes! Long story short I needed a few items back as my husband took one wrong bag (I was having a quilt made from baby clothes). Went the following morning to get back - hardly any of the bits I had given were at the shop - and I had to buy the scraps they had left! No way could that all of sold within 4hr. My husband dropped off at lunch I went as soon as it opened the next day!
I then had to buy the clothes back with comments of you should of double checked the bags, we have had this before - no thank you for the huge donation .. nothing .. just rudeness and no gratitude! Will not be dropping off anything else here!
You need to check where all your offerings are going because it's not into the shop ... Or I was just lied to and moved on!

This was always the best place we would give all our unwanted items to be of help to the local community we recently dropped off at least 6 bags of clothing and full pram set along with other items … my wife went back the following day as we had packed a few things inside which were meant to be kept as keep sakes for our children … on going and explaining the situation firstly half the items we brought had disappeared with no exploration as to where any items were taken but the worst part is that they charged us 15 pounds to get a hand full of items back which in my opinion is absolutely disgusting seeing as we are always giving to aspens charity

I will NEVER give to Aspens again due to the way we have been treated
