Their behavior is very excellent and wonderful. And I am extremely grateful to Ms. Ellie who treats everyone and me like angels. And I regret why I didn't go there earlier for my work. And Mr. Ashkan is also extremely friendly. And in general, it is a place where all your work is done with respect and patience, and I especially emphasize once again that Ms. Eli is extraordinary in her work. And do not doubt that the best place for refugees and asylum seekers is there. May God protect them.

I have been donating food here for a year now. But the last 2 occasions have left a bad taste.

The first time I arrived in the morning with 2 large bags of donations which I had been saving up with various goods. Food, ingredients, toiletries, cleaning products etc. I went to the receptionist she didn't even look at me. She looked moody, no energy I don't know if she was having a bad day, and she mumbled thank you. There was no appreciation in her.

I thought maybe I was imagining things until I went yesterday. There was no one in the reception. So I found the cook, I told her I had a donation, and she snatched the bag and had a lengthy look inside. No hello or nothing then when I was walking away she thanked me.

I worked in a charity store and no matter who or what someone was donating. We greeted them and thanked everyone with professionalism.

The staff need to work on their social skills. I won't be donating here again.

Definitely, one of my favourite spots in Liverpool. Very nice place for vulnerable people, especially refugees and asylum seekers. Plenty of different activities, but my favourite is the Cycling Club every Tuesday 12 o'clock.
