Some carers are great. But the company is terrible. Don't train people to use the equipment that need to, or carers just don't want to use it. They put my Mum to bed at 7.30 and don't get her up till 10am, despite Occupational Therapist saying its too long for her to be in bed. Her health is suffering and despite a phone call to them from OT and me yesterday, they are doing the same tonight. Within 3 days of them starting her care, they asked me to cover a shift. They don't treat people like fee paying clients, they treat them as if they are incredibly lucky to have them and should put up with a shoddy service.

Do not use Atlas! Most of the carers go round my grandads and sit on their phones, don’t do anything they should to even help out just a little bit! Gone round there this afternoon to find his catheter is full of blood and he has now been taken to hospital with a temperature and heart beating faster than it should & all the carer had to say about it this morning was ‘Put in a water sample tomorrow’ and failed to let any of his family to know!

A huge thank you to all the team who looked after dad Frank Yarrow in the short time he had left with us. They showed great care and compassion and were a great comfort to mum at this most difficult of times. The family can't thank you enough.

Cancelled care calls, no staff, leaving vulnerable clients over 12 hours without a toilet call !!!!

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY they WILL put your loved one in DANGER. Constantly messing up medication, sending 1 career to do a 2 person job, late all the time the list goes on and on. Can't take anymore so we changing company. STAY AWAY PLEASE
