Birchwood Grange is such a lovely warm home, I entered the car park and thought wow this is not a nursing home, the care and imagination created in the garden was amazing, the inside of the home is so clean, attractive, such warm kind carers, we love the home mark is kind and listened to our fears, but to be honest they disappeared after we met the staff.
