We cannot thank The Warrens Care Home enough after my mum received a surprise telephone call before Christmas, when she had been nominated and chosen to receive a Christmas Hamper. This was hand delivered by staff, who were fabulous, so kind and delivered the most beautiful Christmas Hamper. We cannot thank the home enough for such a kind gesture. We were all thrilled.... Thank you.

In September 2023 my husband spent 3 weeks in respite care at the Warren. Unable to move his arms or legs, the team showed expertise, kindness love and compassion for all his needs. He started his recovery there and it has continued. Being immobile our home set up doesn’t allow him to be showered.
On Monday he visited the Warren for excercise classes, has his lunch and treated to a spa bath. With an open invitation to go again. We are overwhelmed and very grateful. The Warren is a hidden gem for the community as well as the residents. Can’t rate this care home highly enough. Thank you.

What a fantastic care home The Warren is, I visited today to provide an Aromatherapy pamper afternoon which the residents enjoyed immensely, the team at The Warren are warm, friendly, the environment is kept immaculately clean and is a homely welcoming place for the residents, lovely Lounge area for relaxing and visits and activities, the residents are well cared for and as a registered nurse & therapist I commend you all on your professional caring team. Wonderful staff who made me feel so welcomed when I came to entertain the residents last week. The staff got involved and made sure that the residents were enjoying themselves. Such a caring environment.

My Dad stayed at The Warren for respite care while we went on holiday. We were impressed with the arrangements from start to finish. Dad had a comfortable week and enjoyed the care and attention. We look forward to another holiday later in the year and will encourage Dad to stay at the home again. A big thank you to all the staff who looked out for Dad while he was with you.

As a maintenance contractor who regularly works in the home over a 7-8 year period, we always find the home to be very welcoming and helpful while carrying out the works required, on visiting the homes the residents always seem happy and well cared for, the staff are helpful in assisting us and the maintenance department are very helpful
