Absolutely fantastic Christmas event, extremely well organised and safe for all the children to enjoy, amazing staff so welcoming, a fabulous family event making all that attended feel included and part of the community sharing laughter and stories. Great family Christmas event with amazing staff and great effort, the event was enjoyed by all. Keep up the hard work for the community.

Lots of activities here, including a nursery. The people who work here care for the community, they are wonderful people. Nothing is too much. They provide lots of free advice and support for everyone.

I think that the staff and the help on offer to all is absolutely fantastic, you are made to feel very comfortable and at ease and the staff go above and beyond to help you. This community centre is a credit and the staff and volunteers are genuinely there to help and support the local community I'd give 6 stars if it was possible

Attended Mersey Fest for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed it! The planning and organisation of the event was seamless, it was evident from entry to exit that relationships were built on strong foundations and there was an altruistic investment, not only in the community itself, but in each individual within it. BMCA kindly gave Pioneer House High School Students an invaluable opportunity to promote their new cafe and community hub as well as actively demonstrate themselves as capable, dedicated and employable. The whole day buzzed with belonging and every person I spoke to had been positively impacted by the centre and its staff in some (or many) ways. This is a testimony to the commitment they have to improving lives, increasing opportunities and sharing successes. An ethos that is as inspirational as they are passionate.

Amazing community center. 5 stars to Toni and the amazing team for organising such a great Merseyfest party. It's getting better and better with each year, keep up the great work, we love it. You do sooo much for our community and we really appreciate it ❤❤❤

Great community venue. Helpful, passionate, and enthusiastic staff. Comprehensive range of facilities available, from nursery, to job club, to over 60s support. Excellent volunteering opportunities and an inspiring local spirit. An association that Manchester can be proud of and should be replicated in other city wards.

I got call that my daughter prabhleen has got Christmas present, this year I didnt manged to get any Christmas present for due to personal circumstances, as we learn Santa bring us present that's what my daughter Santa got her lovely present for her, and a lovely food for us to which will b let us through few days thank you so much you all are star
