I received extremely poor customer service from Amy, who demonstrated a complete lack of interest in assisting me. While I understand this is a charity shop, the level of service, including the raised voice, was unacceptable. The rude behaviour of her and all stood there just to watch and not to stop her from her wrong behaviour.

I visited this store today. There was a female member of staff in there who was so rude and unpleasant I couldn't get out quick enough. I will not be going again.

I walked into this store on Friday, 15th December. It was so cluttered you could not walk round anywhere. The floor had stock poking out of boxes or stock just laid on the floor. A tripping hazard. What about people with walking sticks. Health and safety need to pay a visit. You wouldn't get a pram let alone a wheelchair round the store. The prices have soared sky high and the quality of the stock is horrendous. A bobbly jumper put out for ÂŁ5!!! I will not be going here again. It looks like a really bad 1970's jumble sale in the school hall.
There was only one member of staff working by herself.
I feel sorry for the staff taking the brunt of the customer complaints.
A customer took a coat out of a ÂŁ2 barrow and when he got to the till they charged him ÂŁ10 for it. What's that all about
This store needs the lighting fixed it is dark in there too. Another health and safety risk.
It is such a shame a lovely store has got this bad.

We have tried to take items there many times in the past year and every time there is an excuse for why they are not accepting donations. It's pretty ridiculous that a 'donation centre' does not accept any donations. If you have a lot of items this was the best place to donate as it has a car park. Refusing to take items means that many sellable items in excellent condition have to go to the local dump.
