Lovely house and great value for money, considering new build prices! Mortgage is £250 per month less than my rent was. (See Simon from the Mortgage Store who were recommended by Barratts). Helpful and very friendly staff in the office (Aimee and Fiona) and excellent aftercare by Tom on site. Constantly asking if all is well and happy to help with any minor issue. Great experience all round!

Bought the house in 2017 and after 2 years they changed my house number without my knowledge . I came to know from valuation office agency that my house no has been changed. Trying to sort out the issue . Disgusting experience. Will never suggest this builder
