Actually, my house here has very spacious rooms. Hobbits would get lost in it. Beautiful house with stunning views. I also think there is very good space between houses and it doesn't feel cramped like some developments.

Still under development, but can see from what built already, will be s nice area to live. Hythe ranges across the road which can be a tad noisy when firing, but as have lived in places similar, you soon get used to it.
