Totally disgusted.9.15am arrived for the drop in.Information : because of the volume of people the workers are only available to book over the phone.When rang the automatic response sending you to workers 1 to 5. All the lines are not picking up asking you to wait.After waiting for along time I have given up.Went to the City Centre service at the library and what a difference! Human contact at last.The welfare rights in Barton is not fit for purpose and should have their money revoked.The whole building feels empty of clients only existing to give out leaflets and pay wages to the staff.Oxford should have a better service for people who need it.
