Great place for start up business or business where flexible premises size is an advantage. The easy in and out terms (month by month) mean you can take on a business space without having to commit to a 3-5 year term. The office and maintenance team at Romsey are excellent. Friendly to deal with and they go out of their way to build a community feel for the business centre. There is a wide range of office spaces as well as light industrial units with roller / double loading Bay doors. The shared facilities on site are well maintained and the overall look and feel of the site is great.

I really enjoy running my photographic studio from Basepoint Romsey. Not only is the space ideal for my needs (I was able to decorate my unit to create a perfect studio setting), there's also plenty of parking and easy access for my customers. The security arrangements are very reassuring too. The atmosphere on the site is relaxed and friendly, and the folk in the office are always very cheerful and helpful. They put on lots of events and coffee mornings for us, as well as holding networking events and putting us business owners in touch with various training resources. I started my business here in January 2006 - I was attracted to the flexible terms and the fact I would be able to move to a larger unit on the site as my business grew - a real plus! I'm now approaching my ten year anniversary at Basepoint and can't imagine being anywhere else. Can highly recommend it, it's a fantastic place to work!

Our Florist is located at Basepoint Romsey and its perfect for our needs, our Unit is spacious and contains everything we need! The facilities here are fantastic and well maintained, importantly we have plenty of parking for our customers popping in to collect orders. There are always plenty of networking events and the basepoint team keep us all connected with regular coffee mornings which adds to the friendly atmosphere. We are really happy here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a fantastic base for a business

Very welcoming and helpful staff, who made moving to the site hassle free. Good car parking facilities, clean and tidy common space with well appointed pay-as-you-use meeting rooms. Moore Secure have been at Basepoint for several years now.
Very friendly and always helpful in reception.
Good parking facilities, and lots of opportunities for networking events amongst the small businesses in the centre.

Basepoint Romsey offers clean facilities and with friendly helpful staff. We are regularly invited to networking / engagement events onsite, sometimes with guest speaker and lunch included. Our Basepoint staff proactively promote healthy living, with local lunchtime walks and free fruit to name a few recent events...great for local small businesses!

Moved here to start our business in August 2014. These guys have been a mega help in enabling us to grow the business to where it is today.
