What a beautiful place. The surroundings are amazing. The staff are professional polite caring and so so friendly. It was a traumatic day for us and they did their utmost to make us feel better. There is a lot of merchandise inside and it's very well made so please help out the charity and buy gifts that are first class. I repeat myself but must say how impressed we were with the friendly people there. They made a horrible day into a much more bearable day .

This place is the best animal charity by far, unfortunately i had to rehome my cat and no other charity could help, battersea were so helpful understanding and professional. I know my cat will get the best care and attention. I salute all the staff and wish the charitable work continues into the future.

I adopted a 1yr+ old cat (Toby) from Battersea Old Windsor in Nov 2023 and had a great experience. Staff were professional over the phone and via email. The process was straightforward and they gave me lots of useful information about the cat and how to prepare. I also got a follow up call about a week later. If I adopt another cat in the future Battersea would be at the top of my list. The cattery was clean and cats seemed relaxed in their own little rooms.
