Simply the best support for patients that you could wish for. My wife has just completed a course of therapy for the dreaded C and the knowledge that she had all the facilities around her to make her comfortable was a huge weight off our minds. The staff have been friendly and supportive throughout her stay and whatever they could do to help her was willingly provided. From a coffee or tea on the ward to a pedicure or hair cut it was all available. The quiet room on the fourth floor was a real boon for family and friends visiting and allowed a more relaxed time away from the ward environment. The NHS and Beatson support staff in all areas were second to none and I can't thank everyone in the whole unit highly enough for her treatment. OK the parking is a nightmare but the planners should have looked harder at making it more useful during the build. Information for family members was available when I needed a question answered and if the answer wasn't immediately available the staff went to extra effort to find the information for me. A huge thank you from the both of us and all the best for the future.
