My husband has been a resident at Belvoir House since August 2022 and has settled in really well. The home is caring, clean and supportive and he is happy and well cared for. There are good activities provided and the overall atmosphere is bright and positive. I am really pleased with the level of care he receives and count ourselves lucky that he is in this excellent home.

My husband was in respite care in this horrible place. The whole house smelt dreadfully of urine. My husband was lying in a wet bed staring at the ceiling. His room smelt so bad of urine it was hard to breathe. I was sent an Invoice for five times the top up fee, then twice the fee, then harassed for payment two days after I had received the correct amount. I took my husband away from the home and he said 'I don't have to go back there do I'. He told me 'they shout at you'. This place should, in my opinion, be closed as soon as possible.

My father was put in Belvoir house in April this year, I cannot recommend them enough, they look after him so well, he is looking and feeling so much better, he is getting stronger and enjoys the carers company, thank you so much Belvoir house.

Belvoir House Care Home has a lovely warm caring family atmosphere and it's staff really appreciate how much the importance of music and song is to the residents wellbeing.My wife has regular bookings with this home running throughout the year to entertain their lovely residents.Each time we come we are made very welcome by the kind caring staff and we feel very much a part of this lovely home.
