Hi lovely club always a good night very friendly lots of fun dancing and great music need more people to join starting weddings venues parties look forward to my Saturday night out there. Going there for years 🍺 check it out 👍

You see the usual singers which are good - depending on your seat it depends if you can see them due to a large pillar in centre of stage.The singers stand in the centre so you're lucky if you can see them if you're sitting in a bad place.
When they get guest artists they usually do very good music, eg next on in Nov is Jez Lowe, another Geordie whose music is very good. I've been a fan of his for years now, well worth going to listen to. I bought two of his books he'd written the last time, because I bought 2 he gave me them for half price! Both very good stories! We booked to see Mike Silva earlier in Oct, show was cancelled. Can't seem to find out why. As we come from Washington, friends we go with from Morpeth it's a fair distance. We don't have our usual folk club in Washington now so Cramlington or Jarrow are 2 good clubs to go both getting good guests. I don't sing as often myself now but still enjoy a good folk night.

Great quiz night, unfortunately lack of bar staff meant waiting a long time to be served. Also £1.12 for 1/2 a lemonade seems excessive.
