Don't use this company, and if you do, don't pay up front! The owner will promise the sun and the moon, but after we paid him he found every excuse in the book not to complete the job. Almost nine months later, all I have is a very long list of excuses via text messaging from a business man with no integrity. He is full of very colorful excuses, but bottom line horrible business practices. We are out $4000.00 for an "Italian designer toilet" that never materialized!

I recently had an appalling experience with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and I am convinced that this organization is nothing more than a scam that should be shut down immediately.

To begin with, the entire complaint process is a joke. The online submission form is confusing and unnecessarily complicated, clearly designed to discourage consumers from filing complaints. Even when you manage to navigate through their convoluted system, don't expect a prompt response. My complaint was met with silence for weeks, leaving me to wonder if anyone at the BBB even bothers to check the submissions.

When the BBB finally did respond, their so-called mediation efforts were laughable. They barely put any effort into holding the business accountable. It became clear that the BBB is more interested in protecting businesses than in advocating for consumers. The responses from the business I complained about were half-hearted at best, yet the BBB accepted them without question, showing a complete disregard for my concerns and a clear bias toward the business.

The most infuriating aspect of my experience is the BBB's rating system. It is utterly unreliable and misleading. I have seen businesses with numerous unresolved complaints still boasting high ratings, which makes me suspect that these ratings are influenced by factors other than actual customer satisfaction. It seems like businesses can buy their way into the BBB's good graces, further proving that this organization operates more like a pay-to-play scheme than a genuine consumer protection agency.

In conclusion, the Better Business Bureau is a scam that should be shut down. It fails to provide the consumer protection and advocacy it claims to offer. Instead, it protects businesses at the expense of consumers, with a rating system that cannot be trusted. Save yourself the frustration and avoid dealing with the BBB altogether.

Not happy with he depot with all the bad customer service they have provided . I have spent over 15 thousand in their stores. Corporate office gave me copy of receipt and Home Depot still not wanting to return an item is not good. They said the receipt receipt at 90 days. And I even asked them
If they can give me a credit voucher for future items no luck .

BBB is a Toxic Waste Dump of grievances (whether real or not) while not incentivizing positive reviews / feedback. I really don't understand the point of this organization. They exist to allow people to unload negativity and slander companies online. We are judged for customer service, but BBB offers terrible service themselves. Despite overwhelming positive transactions by our company, in the upper 99th percentile on many selling platforms, we hold an F Rating with BBB. It does not make sense! It has people believe we are a bad company, when we are not! I do not want a BBB profile, please delete our company profile off of your website.

I gave LOAN DEPOT a refinance application. I sent them copy of appraisal that was less than 4 months old for $240,000.00. I asked them if they could pre- qualify me first for a loan that was only 55 % or $136,000.00, and not to request appraisal unless I was qualified so as not to waste $300.00 on there appraisal for nothing in the event I did not qualify. I provided them with all requested documents with inn 24 hours. They told me they did not see any problems at all after reviewing 2014 and 2015 1040 and S Corp returns. That was August 3, 2016.

Well they billed me for appraisal $300.00 and I spoke with loan officer who assured me they would refund it if we did not close. Here we are 11/9/2016 no close, no contact, no refund, no letter denial. I think they do this to a lot of people (because no appraiser made an appointment or came to, nor into my property to appraise it).

Think about it, hundred thousand or million applicants at $300 equals $3 million or $333 million. Someone needs to put a stop to these type of easy paydays. I feel they are extorting people and making a very good income doing it weather you close or not. ZILLOW is not an appraisal ?

These people are corrupted & full of sh**t. I filed a complaint against Allied Business Schools with them. The school kept ignoring my hands-on training portion that was part of the class. Not only that but they humiliated me. So i filed a complaint. apparently they have personal relations. they actually SAID that I did not accept school's offer for resettling the issues which did not exist in first place. Since I can't replay to your response I will have to respond to it here. It's funny you say I submitted a review not a complaint My complaint # is "#9491207." was submitted on "Thursday, April 4, 2013 11:46 AM". Just admit it you are corrupted.

They refused to find out why I couldnt respond to the business complaint and closed out my case as resolved. I clicked respond to business and they wouldnt let me. I sent them an email asking why I couldnt on Monday 8/29_22 and their customer service team ignored it then closed my case today because of no response from me. Bbb is horrible I think they get paid to purposely mess up complaints for companies.

I find as a business they have no value to a business. They will list your business for free but to say you are an accredited business they want $500 or more and that is a rip off in my book. What dies it mean to be accredited? They list you and if there are complaints they list that anyway. A simple business shows you are in business. Just ask the business if they are current on all their licences associated to their trade and you can check them out. So the BBB is nothing but a rip off for any business so why pay them? I stopped letting them rip me off once I really looked int what do I get for the buck, The real value is nothing!!
