Very welcoming and friendly, always ready with a cuppa and a chat. So many resources, help and advice available to cancer sufferers as well as their families. Lovely relaxing area outside in the small garden with the fountain.

A wonderful, calm atmosphere and a welcome refuge at the most difficult of times. Help, advice or just a friendly ear are available, and always the offer of a hot drink. It is a fantastic resource.

The big C centre is a great place full of wonderful friendly people willing to sit down and talk for as long as you want about anything you feel like and also you can just go in and chill over a cup of tea with no obligation to talk if you don't want to. In here you can also get help and advice with anything and to help you deal with your illness it is just a brilliant place to go. I can't speak highly enough about it.

This place is amazing. They are all so kind, helpful, nothing is to much trouble. A big shout out to Les, he's been so helpful when it comes to filling out forms and more. When you dealing with cancer it's so comforting to know you have a place to go and talk over a lovely cup of tea. Thank you for being there for us, you will never know what you mean to us.

Excellent charity and support network for those living with cancer and their families.

Plenty of comfy seating and staff are happy to sit, chat and offer support. Tea and coffee available too. Plus biscuits if you ask nicely!

Cannot give higher praise of thanks for the support Big C and this center have given to my parents.

A sanctuary. The staff are so super friendly and helpful. If you want a cup of tea, a quiet moment, a chat...it's excellent. The support they gave us as a family after a member received a cancer diagnosis was great. They never made me feel anything but welcome, even with a child!
