The service responded quickly to my request for help to complete my claim. The DWP form was too complex for me whilst I am unwell and would never have been completed without the help of Joanne. Joanne arrived promptly as arranged, was covid compliant, supportive, non judgemental and really friendly and knowledgeable.
Her visit alone was a big boost to my feeling of well-being

Thay dont do there repairs and thay talk lies and thay dont do new tenants when thay take over a house thay and thay put a 400 pounds bound on the house and if you want a skip then go with them
