The guys were extremely helpful throughout the project, they were professional and demonstrated the emphasis on quality from the outset.

Nothing was an issue, communication was excellent from start to finish, any potential changes were always discussed and agreed.

They completed the works in the duration we agreed at the start of the job.

We were extremely happy with the quality of the entire job, particularly the internal and external brickwork was superb.
The utility was well laid out and really functional.

We have worked with Biggin on numerous projects including a bootroom conversion and kitchen extension. Always a positive experience. Excellent communication and time management, and respectful of our privacy (which was important since we were living in the house with newborns while we had work done!). We especially appreciated their recommendations and advice when we asked for it. We have an Edwardian house and were pleased with how they were able to blend the extension brickwork with the existing house. Our project was a full refurbishment of the ground floor, extension, structural work, new underfloor heating system with a heat pump install, plastering and more.

The project took around 3 months for the bulk of the work. It was a pleasure to have the team around, they are a very calm and considerate group of people.

Conor and Andrew were communicative, highly organised, and kept the project rolling along / to budget.

Associated contractors we used SGK Electrical and Bushby Plumbing who we fully recommend also.

Final result and finish is of a high standard.

Our review on Andrew and Connors’ services would have to start by stating that we can recommend them as high as possible as knowledgeable professionals of their trade.

We worked with them over the last 3 months and from the first site visit to discuss our plans for our single storey extension they were helpful and understanding of our specific needs.

To the actual work which we can also provide a positive thumbs up in that they kept us informed on what was to happen the night before on WhatsApp. So we always knew who was turning up and what works were to be carried out.

Even faced with challenging Building Control they worked on our behalf and we understood what additional works were required for compliance.
