I been to this place all staff is lovely and helpful. But the lady on reception very rude and when i was asking any question she said you dont need any help. Whenever i ask something she replied i dont need any help wether she never now my situation. Make me feel so uncomfortable and seems like she was laughing on my condition.

Absolutely NO help DONT CALL THEM IF YOUR LIFE IS AT RISK! and the online number is a joke. Where’s the help you offer and why do you have 4 stars when you can’t be contacted and when we do get through you can’t help

Over funded, funds spent on irrelevant things to pocket the heads etc. No real policies and any push towards any projects are instantly hounded upon and rejected.

Very fishy place, funded 500k which has gone no where to improve anything.

Scam charity with a cover up just for profit.
