First and last day i guess
My two children were so excited during the tour, when they saw the facilities they wanted to stay. I booked immediately and left them there, and i back after 2 hours to see my children upset setting on the couch, they told me they don’t want to back to this place again because other children were out of control. They snatched the equipment from them every time they tried to play with something and the staff were helpless. And it supposed to be summer club we expected sessions and lots of fun but there was nothing to do only the ground floor to use. Basically, it’s just day care if you have work or appointment and you need place for your children to stay with Zero fun.
The 2 stars only because the two ladies on reception, were friendly and helpful.
The Idea of the youth zone is amazing, the facilities provided are pleasant ( IF USED )
but the method of work and the employees are ineffective

sure it’s great but some brain dead 5 year old tried to break my fingers over a can of Pringles which I didn’t even touch, I’ve been insulted by both art staff members for nothing and most activities are really boring (climbing, really?!)

This is a really awesome place to go the food there is delicious and the staff are so kind my personal favourite room is the music room the staff in there is so encouraging even when you mess up it just a fun place you should definitely go

Just like to make a complaint my daughters told she now needs to go to the older session with 12-18 olds, because she's being silly as she dropped a crisp and wouldn't pick it up and all the others were doing the same. Sorry but my 12 year old will not be attended, I don't want her asscociating with 18 year olds

Haven't been here in three years now, but it was honestly the best times of my life, I made so many good memories with my friends and it was so fun. Miss it here a lot xx

Blackburn youth zone had a event that took place to show adults or kids with disabilities how to remove a tyre and see them how long it takes for them to remove and refit the tyre one side they had a timer showing how it took for them if he or she has the fastest time gets a prize..

Am a student from Blackburn college regional automotive Neil the organizer for apprenticeship and charity maker and level 3 Motor mechanic Domnic east and
level 2 motor mechanic Talhah raja had a wonderful evening the staff are very amazing and very friendly .
