They might have good ratings from the users of the service but I’ve been refused help as a parent carer as my suicidal child who doesn’t want to live past the age of 16 needs to get to 18 before I can get some support as a carer. I understand it’s a charity and everything but it takes a lot to ask for help just to be turned away. Disappointed.

We have had the absolute pleasure of working here on many occasions, we helped with the DIY SOS big build and love going back to see how things are going. The staff at this place are truly amazing, Faye is a credit to this centre,

They did a referal behind my back and without my permission. They also phoned my child’s school without my permission and behind my back. I put a compliant in but Tom McMurdo is not responding. It is our legal right to be able to use the complaints proceedure with out them being obstructive . But they do not put the formal complaints through the complaints procedure obstructing justice. They don’t think Data Protection applies to their organisation. It was Danielle Galbraith who broke Data protection but the people above her won’t process the formal compliant .

I love what the Carers Centre does and what it has to offer. A much needed service for local people. Terry is fabulous at organising and getting things in place to ensure it's the best possible offering for those that need it most. Well done.
