The GP practice has a great system for taking and answering calls, with a queue and call-back service. This is excellent. I have been able to have face to face consultations with a GP, much appreciated. Parking at the centre is good, with spaces usually available on the road if the large car park is full.

This is the worst local practice. I’ve spent half an hour on the phone to be told there aren’t any appointments. There is no phone system in place to say“ there are no more appointments available “ to tell you on the phone without having wait around like a spare one.

I’ve been suffering with a chest infection over a month in the end I had to go to Walsall Manor because my local GP is useless (you wonder why hospital waiting times are at an all time high), spent 8 hours to be given antibiotics, because apparently half of Blakenhall are sick with cut fingers and all the appointments go within a minute of hitting 8 in the morning, and now my chest infection is coming back.

Internet booking system doesn’t work at all but accounts to them it does.

DO NOT join this practice avoid like the plague. The only way to get an appointment is to camp outside the practice when their doors open.

I had a referral from my Dr for a vasectomy and everywhere local to my self was at least 30 weeks wait I managed to get through to these on the phone and arranged surgery for 10 days later dr Benjamin did the procedure he was very curious made me feel at ease and also had a laugh I would definitely recommend this dr

Took my elderly mum to see the memory assessment service based here. Becky (specialist nurse) was lovely and helpful.

The venue itself could benefit from clearer signage of the entrance as we only spotted it by the security camera!

Excellent. Car parking good. From reception gave information where to go. Lift available for upstairs. Friendly and efficient welcome. The whole procedure carried out first class. Recommended.

Not many carpark spaces - park on the roads around the centre. Bit of a labyrinth to work out where to go. Really welcoming staff on downstairs reception desk. Lift to upper floors available.

Every time I phone no appointments iv had 3 text to book appointments but as thay are none urgent there not bothered and I phoned to get an appointment was on hold then asked to press 1 for a ring back so been waiting well over an hour for a call back but no appointments as normal and it was the doctor that told me to phone to review the medication thay put me on for trial to see if they helped me so I have no medication today for my medical condition so I have to suffer as the doctor's do not care thay are an absolute joke every time I phone they have no appointments you have to be dieing before thay will see you
