I've been part of the Blossom Home Care Lincolnshire team for the past 5 months. Blossom is a home care provider with a big difference - They really care!
All the management and carers go the extra mile to ensure our Family Members (Service Users) and their families recieve the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes.
All staff at all levels are experienced and approachable and are passionate, respectful, caring, patient and confident.
I can honestly say Blossom is well led and this runs through the entire team.
Any concerns are dealt with immediately and care plans updated to meet changing needs.
It is an absolute pleasure to be part of such an amazing, caring company and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been with Blossom Home Care Lincolnshire for almost 10months and what a wonderful 10 months it has been!

In my time here I've built amazing relationships with our service users who always say they feel supported, respected and cared for on each visit.

Blossom home care provide our service users with quality care from the moment we step in the door to the moment we leave and are available day or night incase of any emergencies.

We also have an app for family to access, allowing them to view every visit without having to worry and wonder if a carer has been in to their loved one.
This updates them on times, how the visit has gone, updates them on any concerns we may have, or if we feel anything is needed for each individual to help keep them as safe and comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own home.

We as a team are proud of the work we do and even offer longer visits for our service users who need that little extra time without feeling rushed.

It has been a pleasure to have Dawn as my main carer since May of last year and long may the continuity continue. Dawn has a lovely manner which I find a pleasure during, her visits, which I find are over too quickly. Tasks are complete during her time within my home all with a smile, nothings too much trouble.
If you read other reports on the company review pages in regarding Dawn they all praise the young lady without exception.
I could do the same but they cover a bountiful of compliments that have been said, which I fully endorse.
Personally since my illness another side to Dawn is her understanding and willingness to help the client as in me, get through a day with a bit of banter between us, Dawn is an exceptional “Jem”!
The Company is very fortunate to have such employee on the books.

I work as a carer for blossom home care I started as bank hours as I was with another company, I left the other company to stay with blossom full time, they have good teamwork a very caring and understanding boss and office staff working with blossom is like having a second family

After being signposted to local care companies that could not provide for my husband’s needs, I approached Blossom about care for my husband Dale.
Dale has motor neurone disease and is only 40years young. He cannot move, eat, drink, swallow or speak and has a lot of technology including breathing machines that any carer would need knowledge of.
Blossom went out of their way to contact all of Dale’s medical professionals and organised their own training so that they could care for my husband. They deliver exactly what they promised me, the same carers who are fully trained to cater for any eventuality. After caring for my husband 24hours a day alone for over a year I was at my limit. Without Blossom Home care I honestly don’t think I would still be here and I trust them implicitly with Dale.
Dale loves his carers and looks forward to their visits. They are part of the family now. I cannot recommend Blossom highly enough. Thank you for taking care of BOTH of us.
