Very disappointed! I bought 2 double beds from Blythswood Inverness which weren’t exactly cheap, and asked them to confirm that all screws and bolts were available as they weren’t on the bed - I was told that they had not finished building them it in the shop and all screws would be delivered with the beds. They arrived today and 2 of the main screws & bolts were missing! Now I need to make another trip to Inverness to get extra screws & bolts. Shame on you !

Just handed in some things to this Charity. Attitude of the man was terrible.
He could at least have said thank-you. From now on I’ll take my things somewhere else.

I will never donate anything to this charity again. I travelled 15 miles to the store with lamps and light shades and was told to take them away as they didn't have storage for them. Apparently they have too much stock so they can now pick and choose what they take.
