I visited the MIU at Bodmin Hospital today and was there between two and three hours. It really is the best MIU that I've seen; spotless, comfortable chairs for waiting, and the staff were superb. The Receptionists, Triage nurse and Nurse Practitioner were all lovely, kind and helpful. It was a good experience in spite of being for dealing with a painful condition. And the receptionist who called my son's phone to say I'd accidentally left my mobile there was so nice, too. Thank you all so much.

First class service from start to finish. Courtesy and knowledge of staff exemplary. Particular mention to Stephanine and Natalie who kept us calm and treated us with respect and explained to us what was happening at every step. Thank you all.

Absolutely exceptional service received at this little hospital. On holiday in cornwall, my sister as taken
ill... we were in bodmin, so headed here. We were in, registered, triaged by nurse, and seen by dr mike within half an hour. Had thorough checks done and excellent advice given. Cannot praise this hospital high enough. Our home town of Birmingham could certainly learn how to register, triage , and treat patients so quickly, and thoroughly. Thankyou so much.

My wife visited the Minor Injuries Unit 2 weeks ago with my 91 year old Father in law, after he’d had a fall in the shower and injured his knee badly. He was treated with extreme kindness and respect from the moment they arrived. Everyone was wonderful, the nursing staff, the radiographer and in particular, the clinician Maddie, who recommended ice packs, exercises and a respite stay with us. He has made a full recovery and due to the exercises, has more movement in his knee than he had previously and he has just gone home. Can’t thank everyone enough.

I brought my daughter to minor injures at 20/50 with my 12 year old daughter who had a severe nose bleed and was turned away at the door because they were closing even tho they don’t close until 10pm . Blood was literally running out of my daughter’s nose and they just wanted to go home. I’m all for the nhs but tonight’s experience I think was uncalled for

Minor injuries clinic. Would just like to say thank you to all the staff here on Saturday lunch time. You couldnt do enough for us for which i am extremely grateful. My partner Roger came in covered in mud after having had a fall and hurting his knee. After an xray diagnosed quadricep tendon rupture. Gave us a leg brace and crutches and told us to come home and go to a and e. Now Tuesday and Roger has just come out of surgery after they have reattached his tendon. Northampton hospital jealous of the brace you had given us, they don't have anything half as good. Thank you
