I much prefer independent charity shops for local causes. This one is a wonderfully cluttered Alladin's Cave which adds to its charm. Most of the items are much cheaper than the bigger chains and you never know what you may find.

Lovely friendly animal sanctuary, mainly horses and donkeys but chickens and other fowls. Lovely tea room with home made cakes. Open Sunday. Well worth a visit. No entry fee, so donations always appreciated.

This is a good sized shop that carries household items , the clothes shop is next door , I have picked up a few real bargains here , every time I go in there is always new stock and to know all the money goes to such an amazing charity 🐎🐎, the staff are always friendly and chatty.👍👍👍

Went to donate various items to the shop, all of which were decent and far too good to just throw away, I thought a charity shop would appreciate this but instead the man did nothing but moan that it was the 4th donation that afternoon and I have never met anyone so rude!...not so much as a 'thank you', but a comment to another man about 'lock the door to stop anymore'....it wasn't closing time, it was 3.15 in the afternoon so I did not misinterpret what he meant!, will never donate to this shop again.
