My experience of asking the Guild for help has always been a positive one.. If they can help you directly they will but if not will seek a way to find an alternative route to your need..
On the few occasions i have needed to ask the Bolton Guild of Help for that helping hand that is not generally available thru Govt or local council i can only thank ALL the staff and associates for helping me with the items that normally one takes for granted that with funding would be easily available but when you DONT have those funds to replace those items when broken then what can you do without any backup from other avenues(fam n friends) that may not be in a position to offer help..
Once again id like to offer my sincere thanks to Sherrelle and the staff for all their help..
