Top set of lads. Friendly, funny and honest. 3 key things that make a business great.

We booked with Bolton Roof Racks after seeing their number on countless vans whilst I was out on the road.

Called them up, changed the date and time and it wasn't a problem for the lads to rebook me in for another date and time.

Roof rack is solid. I weigh 16st and the ladders plus the rack hold my weight no problem.

Price is decent for the quality you get.

At A Top Party Marquee Hire, we have a few vans and this company is our go to.

An absolutely fantastic service with Bolton Roof Racks. Rented a box for a week and it was fitted extremely quickly and a very good quality large box at a very reasonable price.

I have just had a rack fitted by alan and his team, all i can say is that they are highly efficient and very professional from the initial phone call to completion which was literally two weeks Alan was very quick to respond and kept me posted with updates as needed. As for the rack itself it is of high quality far exceeding a Rhino rack which I've used in the past. Quality craftsmanship with a personal touch. I have a brand new VW Crafter LWB and the rack looks great with it. I opted for the aerofoil to reduce wind noise and it really works cannot hear a thing. The removable ladder is also a great option if your not wanting to bolt a ladder to your rear door.

Shocking customer service. No communication from them consistently chasing them. The paid invoice waited 4 weeks, but still nothing or a rough completion date. Always saying we call you back never did ask for my money back

Thanks for the reply, but this is nothing but a total lie. Please see the photos to prove you did take the full payment before fitting and making the roof rack. You did not communicate and didn’t have a date when it would be ready that’s why I asked for a full refund which you can see proof of in the photos attached. For your records invoice number is 2458
