Thank you so much to the staff who helped me today. I had a tracking infection in my hand for which I’d been prescribed antibiotics. The staff were really helpful, getting my prescription ready immediately, and even gave me water so that I could take the medication immediately. Thank you!

One very helpful lady on the till and shop floor, gave me lots of time when I was looking for a sun cream/moisturiser that was o.k for around my eyes. I'd give her a 10 out of 10, wish I'd seen her name to make sure she got the thanks. Excellent customer care means so much and would encourage me to spend and return.

They have more things than you thawing and a great range of perfume and aftershaves there is always help available for any question. The pharmacy has help me a lot and are very understanding too

Staff excellent, dispensing chemists much quicker than the small unit at Rectory lane.
This is due to the Rectory lane branch being overloaded by far too many customers .
However the Rectory lane out of hours service is excellent and very quick.

I was so pleased with my purchases from the make up counter. The assistant was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. Guisborough is not my local store but I will be coming back.
