Usually a handful of staff are always helpful and empathetic, however having met the most recent pharmacist today being met with a rude and abrupt attitude I’m quickly losing all respect. Handed in a 2 prescriptions 2 weeks ago, collected 2 days ago to find one was missing. Wasn’t made aware there was no stock or that I was owed and needed to come back. Returned today for my missing items to be told that my prescription was out of date and they would not issue it, according to the pharmacist it expired yesterday even though one of the kind regular staff argued it was the last day today. I reminded the pharmacist that the prescription has been with them for two weeks, to which she laughed in my face and told me “you know there’s a supply issue” and that I needed to get a new prescription before she would hand over my medication. Stapled to the back of my prescription is a note that clearly states it’s valid until the end of day on the 13th December, yet here I am on the 13th December being refused medication.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues with the pharmacy, ordering medication online informs the customer that the medication will be ready in 48hours to collect yet I’m always having to return day after day until the stock has apparently arrived in.

Extremely helpful ladies in boots pharmacy. After moving to the area recently and needed a prescription which failed to be sent through from my current GP, they helped with finding a solution for me and were very friendly about the inconvenience it caused them.

I have tablets owing to me since November, they are telling me they cannot get hold of them. I have had to buy them. We phoned the actual supplier, they no problems with distribution. I can buy them on Boots website. Now I have been told what is owing, to get it in liquid form, but they cannot give it to me, got to go back to doctor's for Prescription for it.....they have one only got to change tablet to liquid.
I have never been to a pharmacy like it. Totally rubbish

Always slow to serve in here seem ran of there feet doing the prescriptions in the back, small selection of essentials, can be used as a collection point for boots items. Always awkward to get a flu jab here as people often que up outside and I've had countless times they have got irate thinking I've skipped the que as I walk past them, they don't realise it's a flu jab at a timed slot and it's none of there business anyway!

Myself and my husband are both disabled and have quite a lot of medication for our illnesses so we have our medication delivered. We often receive our medication late so we've started to send our prescription in at least a week before our medication is due. We put our medication request in last weekend knowing that it was the bank holiday. I also rang on Friday and was told that our meds would be delivered today (Monday 5th September) but I have now been told we won't get them today and may not get them tomorrow either when I asked if I should ring tomorrow I was told abruptly that they will ring us when they're ready which means that after today we've got no medication left at all....I Am Not Impressed....

Have used this pharmacy on numerous occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful. But I am not sure if there is a breakdown in communication between the surgery and pharmacy but often there are items not ordered or missing. I feel they need a bigger premises, very busy and working on top of one another

ques are always horrendous takes about an hour to get in and out and even when you do there's always something in your prescription that's missing so you have to go back to the drs to ask them to send it again then told to come back in a few hours or a day to stand in another hour long que to get inside for them to tell you they still haven't done it.

Store despite being small, will order things in if they do not have it in stock. The staff are friendly and helpful, and 100% convenient for the surgery and privately.
