Disappointed that staff member Margaret at Bosco lodge speaks to parents of young people housed at Bosco lodge with an attitude appalling approach unprofessional manner when concerns are raised regarding young person this support worker MARGIE hasn’t got time to listen or check on young person instead she acts like parents are telling lies she speaks over you on the phone then accuses you of having tone. I’ve searched internet for official email address to make a formal complaint against this employee unfortunately I was unable to access that information.

This place I couldn't tell you but bosco lodge is terrible house is in dis repair you move in n think yes this is nice then the nightmare starts you get no working TV the rooms are scruffy walls stained doors and woodwork minging doors dont lock or shut proper so yh stuff starts going missing they do have CCTV but good luck getting them to go through it they arnt arsed belongs they get there money you pay service charge of £21 a week and council pay £310 week and they carnt even afford to fix things like heating locks for windows locks on doors a bust doors are bust and even to get a new bed because of feesies they took 3 days and a phone call to enviromental health to get a new 1 really thing before coming to bosco because my opinion the park bench is better
