I thought the customer service here was excellent. Whilst shopping, we were acknowledged by members of staff. They were very attentive and really focused on providing brilliant service. They were friendly and really helpful. As someone who has spent my working life in retail, I am always looking to see how retailers deliver good customer service. I am totally impressed with my shopping experience here today.

A nice clean store. A good place to come to if you want to look at a variety of items. However I wouldn't say they were any cheaper than other stores

Vast and all under one roof. Lots of good quality clothes, shoes, homeware etc as you would expect in an outlet place. Good separate garden centre as well, cafe etc too. Can see how some could spend 4 or 5 hours there!

Excellent selection and value, take some old dears here from the village just to get them out and they love it, it has everything and a fantastic cafe which caters for all dietary needs my friend is lactose and gluten intolerant x

Good place to have a shopping trip. Sells clothing, shoes, trainers, hats, suits, dresses, toys, furniture, appliances, most items for your garden and has plenty of cafes to stop and have a coffee in.

I’ve been visiting h the Grantham outlet for several years but today my experience was awful . I tried ion a garment and the assistant snatched the tag from me without a word when I left the changing room I then went to pay where there wette no customers but three assistants chatting. The assistant who deigned to serve me continued chatting with colleagues and spoke only to tell me how much my item cost. No hello, please or thank you
