Used the NHS app to report my problem. Took about a unite at most. Within a minute the doctor, Dr Rahman phoned me and she gave me an appointment within 20mins. Attended the surgery and got a thorough examination by associate doctor, Josh with full explanation of my symptoms. Prerscribed a medicine which I can collect from pharmacy.
Could not ask for more.. excellent service. Better than phoning the surgery

I had a query so I called the centre up and Paula answered the phone. She was really amazing because she listened to my whole query and not just direct me to complete a link or do an e consult. She actually helped solve my problem. My anxiety went away during the call because of how lovely and effective she was.

The nurse Lesley Macconnell was so lovely to both myself and my young daughter who I needed to bring to my appointment made us both feel very welcome and at ease was happy to give me advice and chat to us both about our dogs

We’ve recently joined the surgery, after having terrible experiences elsewhere and so far I am beyond impressed, with the staff, nurses and doctors. Any and every appointment has been brilliant always come away with any issues having been resolved. I also feel comfortable to ask questions and not made to feel bad or fobbed off. I’m definitely not one to do reviews or give feedback but I genuinely hope people read this and want to join this surgery.
