We have bought 2 houses now from Val, Heather, Lucy and the team at Ponteland . They have always been so helpful throughout the sale, kept us in the loop all of the time and also great aftercare. It is approximately ten years since I visited the Ponteland office of Bridgfords. I was delighted to see Valerie Robson, branch manager and very impressed that she remembered me. Valerie and her team could not have been more helpful in assisting me to find a suitable property in Ponteland. They have contacted me regularly to ensure I am making steady progress with solicitors.As soon as I have a worry or concern they deal with it competently. I would recommend Bridgfords over any estate agent in the village Val the branch manager has so much experience and knowledge of the area and market. I’ve used this estate agent twice now and both times sold my house in the first week.
Staff are friendly and understand their customers and know what type of property you’re looking for and match people based on their needs. Putting your house on the market can be daunting but I felt much more at ease after speaking to Val she is the reason this estate agent has survived in Ponteland as long as it has total dedication to her job.
