Twice now I've gone to donate childrens toys clothes and a cat costume the older lady is so rude and stern and looks down at you she complained about the cat costume said it was offensive and would bin it then complained about the amount of clarkes shoes they got my last visit was before Christmas let's just say I took the last lot to another charity shop
The lady in question is extremely ungrateful and rude

Twice now I’ve gone to take lots of stuff one time just before Christmas for the children I was thinking of… and the older lady is quite stern and comes off rude. I don’t know what charity can’t hold bags in the back till they can be checked and another time fair enough they was just closing but I wish they’d take into account people also come out of their way, use their petrol and time and have to work around other things to bring stuff in that benefits them and there is no need to be rude. So because of that I’ll always drop to another charity shop now.
