We were made very welcome for a Wedding Reception. The premises are spotlessly clean although rather dated. Nevertheless we enjoyed a wonderful evening: loud music, heavy drinking, remarkable reminiscing. Brilliant bar staff and 'backstage' folks.

To be honest,I really enjoyed my experience at said location. My pint was near on perfection but what really drew me in was how friendly all the bar staff are and the locals are equally as pleasant, the conversation was spot on and never boring (even if I did hear the same story several times) this is why it gets the "full golden" stars.
I look forward to my next visit

I have just had to put up with an horrendous booming base noise coming from your 'comminity' building ALL Evening and only finishing at 11.34pm. This is NOT neighbourly and disgusting behaviour. I have complained to Basingstoke County Council, Hampshire County Council and Basingstoke Police. This cannot be allowed. Shows total disrespect for those trying to live their lives in the vacinity. If you want to make such high decibel noise, please go somewhere nobody is trying to live. The middle of a field in the countryside for example! What an horrendous racket!

Had my partner's 50th birthday here.
They were very accommodating and it was just the right size for the number of guests we had.
Very reasonable prices on drinks too.
