Excellent new home and furnishings BHF Store in Portsmouth that opened on Tue 10th Dec 19.Big shop much bigger than previous BHF Store in Arundel Street that it replaced.Furniture,furnishings,clothing,electrical,dvds,cds,books,household appliances,etc.Very varied and exhaustive range of goods at very reasonable prices.

When the delivery man came to deliver he never stopped complaining about the fact he had to take my sofa out before he could bring my new one in ,,it had been arranged at the shop and agreed he then complained again and again untill in desperation i said just shut up and get on with it he left .y sofa in the middle of the room and walked out,, and thaf was at 9 this morning ,im still trying to get in touch with the shop

My best charity shop finds come from here, including the most lovely vintage-inspired dress, comfy t-shirts and blouses and a gorgeous pink midi skirt. I was a little worried when they cancelled the fitting room, but they are fine with you trying anything on over what you’re wearing and that has always been good enough for me 👍

I had scoured online with the big stores for furniture. I saw some things I liked. I then looked at the local second hand commercial shops. I saw nothing I liked. Then I came across this BFH store and decided to go take a look. Best move ever! I immediately found what I wanted and even managed a discount. The delivery cost is very cheap and will be delivered within 48 hours.
I was told the furniture is disinfected and wrapped for protection. They were already clean and in nearly new condition. I will update and edit once the delivery had been made.
The best thing about purchasing here is that not only is the business operating in a quality manner and has high quality goods but the feel good factor that I am also able to contribute to a good cause. This will be my go to place next time I need something for my home.

One of the better charity stores in Portsmouth not been in there for a while before today - very clean and tidy

Got some books and other bits and pieces in here - the team in store are very friendly, customer service was better than the big shops on the high street

Not impressed by collection service. 1st time furniture was broken when being moved. 2nd time collection staff rude & offhand. Sorry no more donations from me, will be donating elsewhere.
