I bought a TV stand from the shop. Walked in, saw it, bought it, said thanks, walked out, job done. Exceptionally good value. I read some negative reviews for this store. Please remember it's a charity store with a lot of volunteers giving up their free time and not Harrods!

I visited this store a few weeks ago, only just remembered to write this review.
The store itself was fine, the issue I had was with the store assistant. I was wearing my baby in a carrier (my first time) and she felt the need to come over and tell me that she’d seen videos and it looked like I should be carrying her higher, and then proceeded to pull on my carrier on the shoulder. She was very much the ‘in your face’ type and I absolutely will not be coming back here purely because of her. I did not ask for her opinion nor was it necessary. My baby was absolutely comfortable (so comfy that she actually fell asleep for a while in all the other shops) and I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. I thought her whole manner was extremely false and rude. And to actually touch my carrier without my consent and pull on it Very disappointed in your choice of staff. Hopefully they aren’t all like that.

I offered up two pieces of retro furniture to the local store. I explained what they were. I wasn't asked for any pictures, nor was I asked about them other than the condition. However, when the collection team arrived they said they couldn't take the items as they were teak?
Maybe, and as a charity they should be clearer on their policies, especially when they rely on the good will of people.

I bought a wardrobe and sofa from British heart foundation in Shrewsbury. Really impressed with the van crew service. Special thanks to them for moving the sofa into the apartment because I thought it’s not going to fit through the doors but their skill was outstanding. Thanks to British heart foundation.

Greatly recieved my second hand softer sofa reason for my 4 stars is because the 2 men were a little clumsy knocking over not so important items but again could be down to human error, but otherwise a great delivery 2 days after purchase
