I came into the Poulton shop yesterday afternoon and was served by a man named Lee. There appeared to be only one staff member in the store. I asked him a question about sweaters in the store ( I was buying a sweater at the till) and he rolled his eyes and looked at the price tag on the item I was buying, so just not listening to what I asked. He was rude and needs to brush up on good customer relations skills.

On top of that, my daughter was still in the store ( unbeknownst to Lee the charmer) and Lee was slagging me off to other customers after I had left the shop.

I'll contact your HO about training your staff good communication skills.

I would recommend a visit just to see what bargains are on offer, I've seen so many items sell so quickly!

I Shop and Volunteer here at British Red Cross Poulton-Le-Fylde. The staff and volunteers work hard to make the shop an excellent shopping experience. It can be very busy in the shop sometimes but the staff have been amazing with me when I had to learn the ropes.

I really enjoy spending my free time volunteering here, because of the shops popularity, I always have something to do. The community in the shop is just amazing, I do meet so many different people even in just a few hours. No day is ever the same and the stock its being rotated quite regularly, as many times its been sold!

Its busy and sometimes fast paced, but never a dull day. You can volunteer for just a few hours so its no too tiring. I love coming here and talking to everyone, the shop has such a good vibe from the people shopping and working there.
