Attended today with an injured bird not knowing what to expect…. But found a really lovely little haven for recovering wildlife along with friendly helpful staff. I left with high hopes for the little fella that I took in and even if he doesn’t make it, I know the staff will do their best.

Refused to come and collect an injured bird in their local area. As a result the bird was attacked and died. Thanks very much for your lack of help, i thought you were supposed to help birds? Clearly I thought wrong.

Took a baby wood pigeon there, the lady was so kind and gave me all the time I needed to chat and let go. I am confident the little guy will survive. They seem a very good centre taking in all kinds of wild animals. Very impressed at the squirrels and birds at the front of the building feeding so happily. Left a donation as these small rescue centres appreciate any help you can give.

We just dropped off an injured bird, and were greeted with such kindness that we know it will be in a safe place to rehabilitate. The lady we spoke to informed us it was a collared dove and may have left the nest too soon and will be looked after to check it can fly. It's great to know that places like this exist and we can even check in to make sure the dove is doing well. Thank you

Efficient but at the same time not brusque and absolutely essential requirement to try and repair some of our human damage to the environment!

What an amazing place this is! Took an injured squirrel here who I found in my garden, the lady who greeted me was so kind and lovely and they offered so much advice over the phone. Such a lovely and caring facility.
