I am writing this review on behalf of my autistic daughter as well as myself. We absolutely love this place and Suzi and the rest of the staff are wonderful with my daughter and very understanding of her disabilities. They know us personally and always seem happy to see us as much as we are to see them too. A very relaxed and chilled out atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff.

My partner and I popped in to get a photocopy of an old photo of his Mum & Dad. We were helped by Magda who said she was helping out but usually is in Crawley library. She has the patience of a saint, as my partner asked if image could be improved on. Magda was so helpful and replicated photo perfectly. We need more Magda’s in the world! Thank you.

The staff are what make this library so good, they are always very helpful and give it a real community hub feel; especially the manager who's name escapes me and Susie of the volunteers.

Had to fill out some forms and photocopy many more God help me the govt has decided that 20 yrs after my first blue badge I now to produce details about my medical conditions that arent getting any better. ho I nanaged to get to the library out of breath and very sore This kind librarian photocopied all my documents for.Service was wonderful and she was so happy to help put a smile on my face.Thank you.

I maybe should not do this because I am a volunteer at Broadfield library. However, I always see excellent and friendly customer service and notice how the staff go that extra mile to to help customers in different areas. I also have had comments from neighbours and friends about how much they appreciate our local library.
