l dread having to call customer services, when you finally get through, all you are told is we are experiencing hi call volumes and you have been placed in a Que. then you are tortured by the dreadful loud bongos drums and bloody trumpets, after 20 mins of this you feel like throwing the phone at the wall. whoever chose this awful racket as an call waiting tune should be locked in a room and forced to listen to the bloody trumpets all day until they go crazy. its a nightmare, no wonder broadlands ratings are so low now, how hard is it to change to call waiting to a relaxing tune, then it would not be so bad when you have been waiting for nearly an hour for someone to answer.

Just had a new boiler installed Seven Sisters Close Kings Lynn..Ian was the engineer and was absolutely brilliant!! Installed and running in 2 days with a couple of hours on the third to finish his paperwork and to make sure everything was working which it was..Steve the electrician was just as good. Both were very polite and explained in detail how everything was going to happen and loved my cups of tea.
My wife has been here for 20 years and i moved in 8 years ago but we still have the original kitchen and bathroom which is falling into disrepair and well passed its time so someone to get in touch to discuss the issues we have would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to share my recent experience when a Painter,Gavin, came to treat mould in my bathroom.
He not only cured the mould problem he actually painted my whole bathroom, filled holes ect!!
As i have health problems and cannot decorate this was a huge boost for me!
Gavin went over and above to assist me and i couldnt be more grateful,he really deserves this mention.
Thankyou,Gavin,best wishes Sandra

Brought my first property through Broadland housing, shared ownership.
I’ve had nothing but problems since living here, I listed all the defects when moving in, I’ve lived here for a year and a half and still waiting for these to be completed. I was given a date to get these fixed, took the day off work so lost a days holiday, sat indoors all day and no one showed up at all. No contact to tell me why, I’m furious. I’ve never once left a bad review, ever but feel this is so relevant for how I’m feeling seeing as I don’t seem to get responses through the company itself.

I have been a tenant of Broadland Housing for just over four years. They have been great and deal with any emergency repairs quickly. Other more basic repairs do take a long time but this is to be expected when they have so many properties to look after. In my experience the staff are all friendly and professional when dealing with queries. The engineers and workmen that have attended any repairs in my home have all been prompt to arrive and polite. As someone who has rented privately previously and dealt with some terrible landlords I can honestly say this has been the most stress free four years I have had. Thank you Broadland for offering me a property with affordable rent and stability for my family.

Communal service charge is ridiculous. 20.98 a month for bedsit for communal electric alone. For 31 bedsits on site way over 7000 a year. The lights are only on over night. The meter cupboard lights continually come on as ppl pass by. And the communal room outside light is on 24/7. That is a waste of our money. And yet they want us to pay for cleaning of soft furnishings and carpets in internal corridors which we do not have!

Bodge job broadland, always an issue when a Tennant needs help. No heating for 2 weeks, booked on tenants online and wanted to fix it in a month. Called them to try and get a repair sooner which they did do but no one turned up or called to say they were not coming. Called to try and get sorted and even though lines open at 8 got told to call back at 9 and speak with someone else. I bet if I didn't pay my rent they would be on my case! Still no heating, still no repair booked
