We recently purchased a new build Flanaghan detached house on the Brooke Meadow Estate in Poringland, and the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. As first-time buyers, we were initially unsure of what to expect, but the process was made completely stress-free thanks to Max, who was incredibly helpful throughout.
From the start, communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We were able to customize our new build and chose the kitchen and tiles for the kitchen. The quality of the build is impressive, with premium features like underfloor heating adding that extra touch of luxury. It's clear that attention to detail was a priority.
Though we encountered one or two minor teething issues, they were addressed within 48 hours, which speaks volumes about the company's customer service. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our new home and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-built, thoughtfully designed property.

I have just moved into my new home on Brooke Meadow Poringland. The style and finish is 1st class, where the attention to detail is obvious.
