Went to a lecture here but part way through we were able to hear the orchestra next door rehearsing. Not ideal. Maybe introduce sound proofing?

I live in Buckingham and the community centre is used for a lot of events. It has a large hall and a smaller room at the back for lesser numbers so you don't feel like you are echoing. There is a kitchen as well so it is easy to do tea and coffee. The smaller room has a good atmosphere.

The post covid measures they have put in place are stupid and badly managed. The app that you have to use to register doesn't work and the staff seem ambivalent about it.

Apart from that, the facilities are great, and surprisingly the place is really clean and tidy.

If you are going to use a digital projector in this venue, you should be aware that it is impossible to close the blinds above the projector screen, meaning you cannot see any images projected in the screen as soon as the sun comes out, our indeed any light. So I would not recommend this hall for that use.
