We have found the staff and facilities brilliant. Resident centred care. Nothing was too much trouble regarding the care of my aunt when she went to live at Burrow Down. Clean well maintained accommodation, recently refurbished. A very lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere. Just the 'family' feel everyone wants in their home. A tribute to Kim and her team.
