Mum has been at Buttercup for eight months now, I am so pleased that she has made so many friends. Many of these friends also suffer from memory loss problems and I would imagine that this presents many challenges to the staff. When we visit, Mum always looks smart and although her appetite is waning, she looks well-fed The staff are all very kind and helpful. The home is well-maintained and always clean A big thank you to all of the Buttercup staff

Butter Cup Care Home is an outstanding care home.I always found the staff to be very helpful ,caring and professional .The building is always clean and tidy also well maintained a very good well managed care home.Very friendly management team and excellence in food .BCH care team are very experienced in the dealing with dementia care. Throughout the recent heatwave the residents were kept cool and maintained to ensure they were fully fully hydrated at all times.

I am very happy with Buttercup house and the services they are providing to the residents. The staff show compassion and they look after the residents very well.They have a very calm and quiet environment and music of the residents choice is playing in the background all the time which makes them feels very happy.The way they maintaining the cleaniness is appreciatable. The management team and the care staff work well together to provide the care that the residents need.

I am extremely impressed with butter cup home. It's a brilliant dementia friendly home with lovely rooms that could be made as homely. When visiting the home it's always immaculate. A range of different activities to keep our loved ones entertained which were available every day. My enquiry and request for help was dealt with very sympathetic , very quickly and very professionally. The staffs are well trained and professionals . Also provided a whole range of helpful guides and information. Highly recommended

Very warm welcoming care home. The staff are all wonderful and the residents always appear to be kept pristine and looking clean and smart they always seem very happy singing and enjoying music and other activities when I visit. The care home is very clean and always smells nice

I am very extremely happy and grateful, with the management and staff of buttercup house, the food is very good and home cooked, and everything is cleaned every day ,from the rooms and around the home. All staff is friendly and very welcoming. The residents are always happy, there is always a lot of activities to enjoy in the home.

Buttercup care home has a wonderful service and very good caring staff and management team ,who treat guest with respect, dignity and kindness, creating a warm welcoming environment. Absolutely lovely care home. There's a real feeling of happiness in the air and, whenever there is music, I see the staff getting up and dancing with them. The staff are so kind. Always smiling..I would absolutely recommend this home.
